We had a chance to know and work with a few real estate agents in 20 years since we moved to Canada, Kim is by far the most helpful person we had to deal with. The real estate agent is hired to represent your interest, but until we had the opportunity to work with Kim, we never experienced a service that represented us and our interest so well. It is almost annoying to hear everything that is to know about all the details, but Kim will never let anything left out. He was very cautious on all the decisions that were made on our behalf. He is the type of agent always on time, well dressed. To all the appointments we had, he was very professional, asking lots of questions that helped us. He is always on call, and if you are busy during the day and only after ours you can manage to write a message, he will answer to your message promptly (11:00 PM or 6:00 AM)without left you “hanging” . We will be happy to have him as an agent on future transactions, and we will recommend him to all our friends and clients.

Kim Louie is a very calm and patient man. We had him looking for a house for us for for a year and a half. He never gave up on us or showed any signs of frustration because we couldn't find "the one" He made us feel like we were is only clients. He always called back right away and called when houses came up that he thought would interest us. We met Kim at an open house and we liked that he was there to sell the house for his client not to try and get new clients. He also listened to what we told him about the property because when we went to look at the house a second time those things were fixed.

Kim was really fantastic for us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our condo. His communication was great, he was always available and constantly made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. He showed a genuine interest in doing the best he could for us. I would definitely use Kim as a realtor again and would recommend him to friends, family and clients!
