Kim is very professional and effective. He knows the market and knew the best ways to bring attention to my house and get it sold quickly. He kept me informed of every detail that was going on behind the scenes. It was a real pleasure working with him and if the occasion arises, I will be using him again.

We found Kim to be very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us up to date along the way with market activity and feed back by following up diligently with every agent showing. He did remarkable marketing by getting our home in the KW Record home section, full page colour photo. Had weekly open houses and promoted our home at every opportunity to his client base and to realtors. He suggested and obtained an interior decorator to assist us with staging tips that would best show our home. Which in turn is what helped sell our house in a shorter period of time, with multiple offers presented. I have recommended Kim to other family members who have since successfully completed a home purchase with him and another is in the process of looking for a home. My neighbours attended an open house of ours and were very impressed with Kim and have indicated they will contact him in the near future to handle the sale of their home. It was a difficult decision for us to sell our home but a heartfelt thank you Kim for the excellent service and handling of the sale.

During what is most certainly one of the most stressful times in life, Kim has been a calm and helpful presence. From the start, he was honest about his expectation of us in getting our house ready for sale and what a reasonable asking price would be. His marketing of our house brought the desired attention and right type of buyers, leading to a fairly quick offer. Kim worked through all of the paperwork with us and gave helpful advice about our sales strategies. During the time our house was up for sale, Kim was readily available (even while on vacation) and we did not have to worry about anything other than keeping the house in "sale ready" condition. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough. I've already encouraged a friend to contact him.

Kim made buying our first home very stress fee, he always answered our questions promptly and proffessionally, especially as first time buyers we had probably a million questions at all hours of the day! haha Kim is always very honest and holds to his word of getting back to you or looking into information for us. He is very knowledgable in the market and what customers are looking for. Kim made our dream come true of living where we wanted through countless back and forth offers and showings we are exactly where we want to be. This dream could not have happened without such a good realtor. Definitely recommend his services for anyone looking for a house towards friends and family.
