That left a lasting impression on me, and it’s ultimately why I chose to work with him when the time came. Throughout the entire process, he guided me with honesty and realism. He came prepared with extensive data to help set the right price, and his expertise gave me confidence in every decision. He also provided clear, practical advice on how to get my home ready for the market, which made a huge difference. I also appreciated Kim's availability. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every single one—day or night—often walking me through multiple scenarios so I could fully understand my options. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but also approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. His marketing strategy was bang on. With his social media exposure, videos, photography, written description that explained the true value of my home, staging, and MLS listings, my home had 25 showings in the first 10 days. The house sold relatively quickly as well, which really speaks to how effective his approach was. He even added thoughtful touches like placing small signs around the home to highlight key features, which elevated the overall presentation.
