With his social media exposure, videos, photography, written description that explained the true value of my home, staging, and MLS listings, my home had 25 showings in the first 10 days. The house sold relatively quickly as well, which really speaks to how effective his approach was. He even added thoughtful touches like placing small signs around the home to highlight key features, which elevated the overall presentation. Selling a home can be stressful, but he was a constant source of calm and a true voice of reason during high-pressure moments. He always followed through on what he said he would do. Beyond the transaction itself, he continues to provide value—his newsletter is full of useful insights, and it’s something I’ve appreciated for years. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kim again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Today is my closing date, none of which would not have been possible without my fantastic Realtor Kim!! Kim has been with me every step of the journey, from selling me the condo 10 years ago, to the earliest discussion of selling the condo for me now. He's been with me through the marketing discussion, setting the sale price, finding me a Stager, a Cleaner, and a Lawyer, from the first walk through, to putting it on the market. When I opted to accept the first offer we received, Kim didn't fight me on it, just walked along side as we did the walk throughs, the questions from the buyer, acting as a go between for communication with the buyer to help me out, and doing a final walk through of the property this morning to make sure all is in order. Kim is fabulous. I trust Kim and would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling. He priced my house perfectly and I'm pleased to say that I got my asking price. Something I thought would be impossible in this current condo market. Kim is amazing. My house went from being on the market to sold in a total of 9 days. I would trust Kim with any real estate question and if I ever go back in the market, I'll be using Kim!
