The moment we met Kim we felt more at ease about the whole process of selling our home of 50 years. He was very knowledgeable about the current market and fair market value for my home. We felt we were in good hands from the start. The marketing piece was professional,comments were made on how well it was presented in the pictures. Kim was very helpful every step of the way. He kept us update at all times. He was sensitive to how I was feeling about the sale of our home. He called me when he said he would so I could sleep at night, reassured me and eased my mind. We received an offer very quickly, Kim worked very hard and diligently to ensure all went well with the offer and the negotiating after the inspection. I trusted him from the beginning and he proved himself to be the best at what he does. We highly recommend him to anyone requiring a realestate agent. My granddaughter assisted us with the sale of our home and she also was very very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and integrity.

I sold my house privately through Com Free. Kim Louie brought me a buyer. Through the entire process he was polite and professional, and although representing the buyer, he kept me informed and updated, all the time respecting his clients confidentiality. I have had conversations with many realtors wishing to sell my home, some of whom were obnoxious and aggressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kim Louie. It was a pleasure to deal with him on the sale of my home to his buyers.
