Kim helped us acquire our first home, and as first time home buyers we can definitely say we value his hard work and professionalism as an agent. Stop looking...you have found a gem of an agent!! We had our house on the market 3 separate times over the course of a couple of years, only to be disappointed after signing into lengthy contracts that didn't even bring in a single offer...just proved to us that there are too many agents out there working for the listing, but not working on following through or being honest. After 4 days live on the market Kim brought us in a full price offer...12 days after listing the offer was firm and the sold sign went up! Extremely professional, honest, dedicated and always available to help us with our experience, Kim will always be able to count on us for an amazing referral. We highly recommend Kim to anyone considering his services. A+++++

Kim was very knowledgeable in the purchase of our first home. He kept us well informed of new homes on the market and answered all our questions very promptly. He guided us through our first home inspection by asking the inspector questions we wouldn't have thought of to help us make an informed decision on our purchase.
