I cannot recommend Kim Louie more highly and feel that what I say will not do him justice. He accomplished the impossible for us. We had a house that had been on the market for 10 months and the prior agent could not manage to get more than 4 couples to view the property on an open house. Kim took over the listing - and immediately worked his magic and skill. We had 3 back-to-back open houses with approximately 12 couples through each time. And within 3 weeks of having "re-launched" our house - we received multiple offers and we accepted an offer that was quite close to the listing price. He is dedicated to his clients, he works incredibly hard and does his absolute best to market the property and he is always available and professional. Honestly - the best realtor that we have dealt with by a mile and one that delivers real results. You cannot go wrong with using him and you will be absolutely happy with your decision. My only regret is that we did not use him sooner.
