Kim was an absolute asset in my first home search. Constantly patient and always willing to explain the market and give his honest opinion. In addition to his extremely professional manner the best thing about working with Kim was his availability. I knew tha I would receive answers to any questions within a few minutes (within reason... I'm not sure if he actually sleeps but I wasn't about to test that. ) I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home without hesitation.

I am not really sure what more someone would expect. Kim is in contact with us more than a year after the tranaction is over. Constant updates of things that are of intrest to us. This was our first house,it was important to make the right decisions.Kim helped us with things we did not know. The kids were included all the way which made the transition really comforting.we went from house to home. You really do have alot to lose without the right people in your corner. Kim should be your agent also.
