We had a very bad exeperience with the purchase of our first home and apprehensive to go through the process again ( especially when we had already found a home we loved). Kim eased every concern and immediately gained our trust, he was accomondating, provided guidance, but never pushy and truly made us feel that he was working for us. He listened, he was extremely helpful and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Although we are pleased that our house sold so quickly and that the closing on our new home is occuring in 4 weeks- we will be sad not to work with Kim for much longer. Kim was our agent when we recently sold our house. Kim used every type of advertising available to list our house. In three weeks from signing on with Kim we had over 40 viewings and our house was sold. Kim and I used both email and phone as a way of communicating and he responded within 5 minutes of all emails and calls I made to him. Kim will use all tools available to sell your home. List with Kim and you will know that he will give you the broadest exposure possible to sell. Thanks Kim. We are moving on after 20 years in this house to begin the next phase.
