In the world of real estate Kim is a rare gem. Honest and humble are not often the words you use to describe real estate agents, but in Kim's case it is. I had my home listed privately for many months with no bites. I enlisted the help of Kim, as he had helped to sell my mom's place and he was so good to her. Kim met with me, was very prepared, and got the ball rolling right away. Although there was a couple of uncertain days just shortly after it was listed, we stuck to our guns and within 2 weeks the place was sold! Kim was always on top of the market, hosting open houses, sending me feedback information and was willing to go above and beyond, if necessary. Kim, keep being true to yourself (breathe) and remember that your sincerity, honesty and being humble will always take you far in a business that doesn't always strive for those qualities. :)

Contacted Kim to view some condos in the area. We told him that we are not committed yet to purchasing, but would like to look around first and then decide. Was rude when he told us that [it will be inconvenient for the families to leave their home so that we can see it if we're not going to buy it soon]. Regardless, we had a showing booked, and then Kim cancelled the day off because it was sold. The manner in which he wrote the email was questionable and neither did he take the initiative to help us search for other alternatives. Poor email etiquette and poor first impression.
