The best real estate agent EVER! Thrilled with Kim's quality service. He has a unique approach to marketing that we really appreciated. Due to Kim's efforts, we had two showing requests before our home was even listed. Then, we had 6 showings within a day. Three of them made offers resulting in us selling our home with no conditions, with the closing date we wanted at $5000 above the asking price. Very impressed!
