We had an unusual situation where we were selling our house and weren't sure whether to sell it for the land for development or as a house then buying a new house. I had tried a number of real estate agents before I called Kim. From the minute I explained our situation he completely understood. At our first meeting he brought Tim Ingold, who specializes in selling land for development and they both decided that yes we would make more if we sold our house for the land. Tim worked to sell our house for a great price and Kim worked for 3 months sending me listings daily even when we were in Florida and we have been living in our new house for over a year and love it. His attention to detail is amazing and he always got back to us within a couple of hours. Anyone who would use Kim are their real estate agent would be so pleased!!

We were looking to buy our first home and Kim came highly recommended. When we started the process, we really didn't know anything. Kim was incredibly efficient, and always responded promptly to our questions. He was very patient and took the time to explain things thoroughly. We also appreciate that Kim is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. We always felt that he was doing his very best to find us our perfect first home - which he did! I feel Kim was very knowledgable in all matters relating to buying a home. He was very accomadating to our late schedules and did not try to show us anything out of the range we required. Kim has really walked us through this entire process and I felt confident in his knowledge and thankful to his dedication. I felt he was honest and was able to give us information so we could make an informed decision. This is our first home owned after living together for over 15 years.
