Kim Louie is a fantastic realtor! In 2019, Kim helped me find my first home in Waterloo. He brought so much knowledge to help find my first home. The market wasnt easy at the time with my price range but Kim's patience and recommendations helped the process. He took the time to see any home and give knowledgable advice. Currently in the process of finding a new home and again Kim has been super helpful along the way. I would highly recommed Kim Louie to anyone entering or continuing in the house market. He is the type of Realtor you want when purchasing or selling!!
