Kim did a great job at making me feel comfortable through the entire selling process. I felt at ease when asking him questions about the market, about offers, what is or is not appropriate in real estate, etc. Kim is just a very personable, knowledgeable and punctual agent who looks out for your best interests and explains the why's and what ifs. Overall, it was a great experience and I have absolute no regrets in choosing Kim Louie as my Real Estate Agent. As the seller, it was a nice feeling knowing both myself and the buyer had a positive experience and Kim made that possible. Kim is someone who will go above and beyond the call of duty.
