Kim has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been patient with us, allowing for us to wait for the proper time to sell our home. His preparation and focus on the details was critical. We feel that Kim's guidance was key to us maximizing the value we were able to secure from the sale of our home. Having worked with other agents in the past, none have ever come close to Kim's level of service. We have questioned the value of the value commission we have paid to other agents in the past. There is no question that Kim earned his commission in supporting us on this sale. Kim is highly recommended.
