Kim helped us buy this house, after spending many weeks looking at houses all over Waterloo. He was very professional, very accommodating. This time he helped us sell the house. He gave us lots of advice and even brought along a stager who really transformed the house. His advice on price was very accurate and we got good offers right away.

Kim was extremely helpful and informative. He was upfront with things that needed to be done before I put my house on the market, which made things so much easier.
