As first time home buyers, other than a few Property Virgin episodes under our belt, we had little to no understanding of the home buying experience. We met Jama at an open house at an open house in Markham and were immediately impressed with his knowledge and honest answers. We had gone to quite a few open houses at that point and he was the first agent we met who was genuinely interested and concerned about our house hunt. After his follow up phone call, we decided to use Jama when we realized the level of customer service he was willing to offer. We were mainly concerned with working with an agent who would be able to explain every step of the home buying process thoroughly and Jama more than fulfilled this requirement. After just 2 weeks with working with him, we found the house we are living in today. Jama's good humor, savvy, and patience navigated our way smoothly through what is generally to be thought of as a daunting and overwhelming experience as well as joyous and rewarding, but mostly for first time buyers it's terrifying. We can't thank Him enough for the services he provided and the extra care he gave us, knowing that we had never done this before. We will be recommending him with no hesitation to our friends and family who will be in the market for a new home.

I contacted Jama to assist in selling my elderly mother's home. I'm in Burlington, and I had been away from my family home for a long while. Jama attended my mother's residence and provided me with his overall assessment and strategy. Jama was honest, and upfront with me at all times. I relied heavily on Jama's advice. Jama was tenacious from the beginning. He is a consummate professional. Jama had exceptional knowledge of the market, and of the specifics pertaining to my mother's residence. Our situation presented some unique obstacles and challenges in order to prepare my mother's home for sale to our target audience. Jama had ideas and a game plan to address the blips as they arose. Jama is a planner; and as such, our sales strategy was directed from the onset. Jama always availed himself for advice and to pull the project together. He is driven and had the energy to keep the momentum going. Jama had exceptional communication skills. He always availed himself by phone, email, and/or text (he must have a built-in Blue Tooth). Jama was able to convey pertinent information in a timely manner, across generations (dealing with the elderly), with kindness, compassion and often with a sense of humour. As a Negotiator, those skills are invaluable. My mother's home sold for 105% of her asking price. That's right, 5% above listing price. It was through Jama's knowledge, skills and ability and the effort from his Team that we were able to exceed any goals or expectations we had. I would highly recommend Jama and his Team. He takes his role as your real estate advocate to heart. Though results may vary, you will not be disappointed. True story.

We had been looking to move into the Forest Hill area for some time now but selling our current home and finding just the right house, on the right block, with the right yard was a challenge. As this was hopefully our last move, we had a very specific list of must have’s for the house to be the one for us. In looking for just the right agent to help us find a house that we wanted and not the house that we would settled for, we spoke with a number of local brokers and agents to get a feel for their approach to finding and buying a home. After meeting with Jama Danier to discuss exactly what we were looking for we were immediately convinced that he would work hard to find us the home we wanted, no matter how long it took. We used the Sutton Group to assist us with the search and Jama took the lead. From day one he worked hard to provide us with options and not once did he try to convince us to settle for anything other than what we truly wanted. I am happy to say that Jama found us our dream house in a relatively short time. He then worked diligently to put the deal together and carry it through closing. He was right there every time a question or an issue came up and he made sure we closed on schedule. He even went as far as to visit the house the night before our final walk through to make sure there were no surprises and personally took care of some minor issues he found during that visit. Jama made sure the offer, inspections, closing and even the move in went smooth and I can truly say he was there every step of the way. Jama is truly a professional with a noninvasive demeanor who knows the real estate business and uses that knowledge to ensure a smooth sale while protecting the interests of his clients from beginning to end. I highly recommend Jama for anyone looking to find the right home and an effortless sale from start to finish.

He is a great realtor, who really helped me to sell my condo in North York and buy a house. He was always polite and has a very nice personality. Never pushes you to buy what you don't feel is good for you. I have four kids and we are all happy in this house.
