please Do Not Trust this Guy!!! He is a LAIR!!! We bought a house with him, he tried to raise the value of the house,after we made a first offer he said that there was made an another offer do $70 k more, so we made a second one and we bought it. But we always has some concern about him and we called to his agency, but it was No Offer Made for this house but us !!!
