My friend referred him to me. I needed to move to Timmins after I got unexpected job offer. I had a bungalow on a huge lot in Richmond Hill. Couldn't wait for too long. Jama was very active promoting my property on the Internet and he had two "Open Houses" In 2 weekes I had my house sold! I was happy with the price I got! Very experienced realtor and a nice person! Will hire him again if I need to buy or sell a property again

Our experience with Jama Danier in selling our home exceeded our expectations. Beginning with our initial meeting with him to the settlement, Jama was our trusted advisor who understood our financial objective and worked to achieve that goal. Jama has a tried and true process that works! His outstanding associates: the stager to the photographer and his associate agents are the support staff that make the process work. Bottom line: We were presented with a contract that both sides accepted within 3 weeks from putting our home on the market. We were truly blown over by: 1. A glossy handout that presented our home in the best way 2. Provided strong comparable homes that supported our offering price which was significantly higher than other homes in our neighborhood. 3. Adroitly negotiated the final price that was within 2% of our asking price. 4. He was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance on the way ahead.

I had thought finding a good, reliable, professional, prompt, easy to reach, has my best interest in mind type agent did not exist in Toronto area until I found Jama. He is all of that and more. It started with an easy call that explained my goals to him and within two hours I got customized emails with properties I should target. Jama offered his insight into property condition, fair offer price based on market condition and history/geography and desirability of the location. He even recorded video walk through of the properties for us. Always had my best interest in mind. Offers we wrote would get us considered, but fair for the property. We had one really bad seller agent try to get us into a badly maintained property by trying to pull some legal technicality on us (which they were wrong about). Jama patiently, expertly and professionally navigated the situation and got us out of the mess without too much stress on my side. We finally got an investment property that Jama picked for us (he knew what we were looking for so well), and is now managing it for us. He also helped me with local load and insurance agents who are equally responsive and professional as him. Highly recommend using him for your real estate needs.

I did not know Jama until my friend recommended him to me. We were so lucky that we met him! He was so patient to show us 53 properties until we finaly found one which became our home. With the current sky high prices for real estate, Jama was able to negotiate a very good deal for us and saved us tones of money. He also helped us to get a great a fixed mortgage for 2.1% which I did not think even possible. It took us over a month to find out dream house and during this time he was very professional and patient and not pushy at all! Thank you Jama again!

Moved from Hamilton to Woodbridge because of my work relocation. Jama sold my townhouse in 16 days for almost the full asking price. We bought 4 bedroom bungalow with very nice backyard. Jama showed extreme awareness of local real estate market and helped us to move easily. He is very pleasant and honest person and realtor, which is not very often you see nowadays.
