When considering a listing agent we were looking for someone who not only had a great understanding of the market/pricing/inventory etc (that was easy to find)...but we were also looking for someone who was aggressive, a strong negotiator, someone that has a strong web presence (as all buyers start there) and had a genuine sense of urgency that we share. The only agent that we met with that had all these qualities was Jama Danier. He helped us sell our property in less then a month at the price we were looking for. Every promise he committed to, he achieved! Being in sales I understand the need to meet your clients expectations, and Jama far surpassed them! We were in a tough situation; had only 8 days to find our home and had a special list of must-have design criteria to say the least! Nevertheless, Jama found the home of our dreams, went into negotiations with a quite challenging seller and got us into our new house on time, in budget, and it looked like an easy match for him (which it wasn't, I'm sure). He literally moved mountains for us, always available to answer my questions, calmed me when I panicked, and made me feel like a champ. I can't stress enough how good he is! We would certainly never ever use any other brokerage. I highly recommend Jama and his team to anybody!

We had a home on a busy location. We knew it would be a tough sale but Jama got the job done. He found us a great house on a quiet street with the great backyard and we haven't looked back. We especially appreciated Jama's enthusiasm, honesty and skills. We were always able to reach him whenever we needed him. Thanks Jama for putting up with the frequent calls and always putting my mind at ease. I am not moving anytime soon though! Ha! Ha! Ha! But I would certainly recommend you to anyone!

Jama is extremely knowledgeable in Toronto downtown properties. One of his offices "CityScape Real Estate" is located right across the street from us on Simcoe St. With his active help, we learned a lot and were able to make informed choice. Jama never pushed us to make a decision - something we truly appreciated. At every point, he advised us to consider what is important for us, informed us of the right and wrong choices which made us feel empowered to make the decisions. The best part was the negotiating time - Jama took charge and advised us during the whole process from our first offer to the last. In the end, we feel that we closed on the best property for us at the best price possible - a feeling you can't beat! Jama helped me to sell my Rosedale home of 15 years. This was my first time working with a Realtor to sell a house. Thanks to his staging advise, marketing strategy, Open House and Brokers Open House. My house was only on the market for 19 days and sold for close to my asking price. His staging abilities were unbelievable and I believe a key element in selling my home so quickly. He committed a great deal of his time and expense toward selling my home. My Glen road house was staged with a mix of existing furnishings and a number of added items provided by "Last Detail Home Staging", the house was spectacular. When Jama had completed the staging, it showed like a model. Jama Danier lives in Richmond Hill and his knowledge of GTA Real Estate Market was invaluable. He was awesome in helping me 'keep it together' and knowing just how to take care of any issues.
