A while ago I was in the market to purchase a home and was fortunate enough to contact Jama Danier. I explained to him my required criteria and price point. I was extremely satisfied with Jama, all interaction with him was positive and he ensured that I did not waiver from set parameters. We looked at some houses that turned out to be sub par, instead of getting a quick sale he advised me to wait for a house to come along that would have everything I was looking for. A while later, I received a message from Jama, indicating that he had located the perfect house. Jama had obviously listened to me and found the house I currently reside in, he even negotiated with the other listing agent to ensure I paid the lowest price possible. I had such a positive experience with Jama, finding him professional, attentive and caring that I recommend him to anyone I know who in the market to purchase a home

We met Jama eight years ago at one of his Open Houses and immediately clicked. We kept in close contact over the years, as we were always keeping our eyes open for a new home. Over that time, he was very patient and understood that we were in no rush to move until we found the perfect house. Jama was always quick to send us new listings that were a good fit for us, and he would visit these properties on our behalf without hesitation, reporting back to us with his honest opinion. When we had questions or concerns, Jama got the answers we needed, even when it meant numerous calls to other realtors, builders and schools. When we did find our perfect home in Markham, Jama's skills continued to shine. Through the negotiation and buying process, he was very detail-oriented and organized, and kept us "on point" as we navigated the process. He represented us well to the sellers and their agent. Jama then helped us to sell our previous home. Again, his service was excellent and his knowledge of the process was impressive. He guided us through the selling process in a challenging market, and coordinated the staging of our home. When we hit a "snag" a few days before our closing, he worked hard to find the answers and solutions we needed to make the deal happen. He knows the business, and GTA area, inside and out. He represents his clients with the utmost professionalism and always put their best interest first. His attention to detail, organizational and business skills, and understanding of his clients needs can not be matched!!

I got a nice looking flyer with detailed market analysts in my mailbox and to make things clear I did not know Jama Danier at all. After talking to him I got a good impressions. He sold my townhouse in 3 days with multiple offers! Sold for 104 percent over asking price. We were not even ready to move that fast. Jama arranged a longer closing date, which allowed us plenty of time to find a great condo on Bay st which we love love love!!!!! No more driving!!! No more traffic!!! Still hard to believe how smoothly everything was done! Bravo Jama!

Jama Danier is a masterful real estate professional. Given Jama's prolific credentials and colorful tales in the industry, we wanted to meet with him directly to discuss a viable strategy for buying our next house. Jama quickly met with us, answered our questions thoroughly and assured us that our needs would be handled with the utmost attention and care. We opted to search for houses on our own, although Jama kept us updated with any immediate listings released on MLS. Jama assessed each house as if he were buying it for his own family, identifying all strengths and shortcomings of each property. When we finally located our perfect house, Jama drafted and sent our offer immediately. This timely communication gave us instant credibility with the sellers. Our offer was accepted within the first week of the property being listed. During the negotiation process, Jama provided us with pragmatic advice, ensuring that we were addressing any areas of concern without compromising our chances of closing escrow. He helped us determine which areas of inspection were most salient and how we should present any related findings to the sellers in a prudent manner. Don't overestimate the role of your agent. Do your own homework. Good agents simply help you avoid making any mistakes, and that's what Jama does exceptionally well. That's what we all need when closing such transactions in a smooth and expeditious manner. And it's not worth sacrificing the extra percentage with another agent. If you know your search parameters as a home buyer, and you want someone who will handle the core responsibilities of a real estate agent, then you count on Jama and his team to deliver. You may initially pick Jama because of his flyers or ad in a magazine but you will ultimately stick with Jama because of how he treat his clients. He is steady, good-natured and sensible individual. We are very grateful to have Jama Danier in our corner, and we will most certainly look to him again when a future need arises.

Zoe & Malik Khan

We met Jama 3 weeks ago at his open house in North York. We did not like the house inside but really liked the agent. It just happened that his company CITY SCAPE REAL ESTATE is very close to our apartment in Mississauga. Great office and personnel. We finally hired Jama because he is very patient, friendly and experienced. Hope to move to our new home by the end of this year.
