Only a Leo has such perseverance, driven to perfection. Totally exceptional negotiation skills – they are the most important. Is able and managed to close the deal quickly with least impact. Problem Solving: Always comes up with a solution without delays. Availability: Harris works 24/7. Marketing was essential, as was Harris’ timing allowing the Listing For Sale to stand out above all others. Gets results quick, always informed, no hassles, very responsible and on top of things.

He helped me every step of the way and helped me explore all my options and possibilities. In short, his professional assistance was invaluable. For joe, of 2012-03-13 / I just saw your note after I posted. Possibly either you, or your agent had to negotiate with Harris, and I can understand the frustration. Still, you are misleading people here with both your comments and/or your marks. Harris is NOT pushy. He is focused on his client and his client only, and – yes – he will try to use every possible angle to get his client the most of a deal. That is Negotiating 101. Personally, I think it is a good problem to have, mostly when you tell your agent its OK, and he gets you another $2000 off plus furniture included. But that’s just me. It is impossible for Harris’ real estate driven personality not to have an impact on you. Harris First was incredible to work with! Harris helped us on all levels in order to buy our first home! Amazingly clear, open and honest. Harris explained and discussed with us all options, all advantages and disadvantages of each home and each area or place we ever considered. Quick, efficient, pleasant, and very organized. Above all an excellent negotiator that understood right away our needs and he found our perfect match. His passion for real estate is obvious; this may became a real gift for everyone looking to buy their first home as he has a great knack for reality and placing people in homes that fit their needs and wants.

Thank God that we have meet Harris! As a newcomer from Italy in Vancouver, we had a lot of difficulty to find a house and understand every aspect of the negotiations without speaking English well. We were also much concerned about this important decision in our lives and we wanted to do the right thing. We had so many questions but no answers. Harris was our right answer! Since we have met Harris all things have changed. Harris is not like other real estate agent.... Harris is a blessing to all who are near him. Harris took care of us in every detail, he helped us choose the mortgage plan more convenient for us, the bank, he gave us lots of advice, he made hundreds of phone calls to find a lawyer / notary less expensive for us. Harris is always smiling, always on time, efficient, reliable, and he is never tired and he works hard to give to his customers the best result. He never gives up! He does much, much more than another real estate agent does. He puts his whole heart into things he does. We know we can always count on Harris. We recommend to everyone to trust in Harris First.
