Our Richmond condo sold in one day and for the full asking price. That would not have been possible without Harris First. We followed his advice and we were able to sell our place in record time, for more than expected. Harris took care of all the details. We didn't need to worry about a thing. He's the most dedicated and hard working not only realtor, but person we know. He worked around the clock to find buyers for us and make sure that we got the best possible deal. Our third deal with Harris, and once again not just a satisfying experience, but more like a magical one, He again pulled the rabbit out of the hat and sold our home in an impressive manner. We sold in a area with not a lot of interest at the time, with numerous restrictions, new construction in the area and a price that did not reflect well with most.Harris we are truely happy with your hard work and your most professional character.
