Harris is familiar with the development of the ever changing real estate market. That is the main reason why he is able to help his clients attaining their goals. In our case, through the efforts of Harris, we have successfully found our home, which is exactly the same as our expectations, within a matter of two weeks. The most important thing is that the deal is within the given budget. Apart from smartly dealing with Realtors representing other parties, Harris has an excellent relationship with other professionals in the trade, such as public notaries and house inspectors. These abilities are the result of his tact in communicating with others and his long experience in the trade. They all add to the smoothness in completing real estate deals. We are extremely satisfied with the performance of Harris and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends should they need the services of an efficient, honest and diligent Realtor. My partner and I were connected to Harris First by a wrong phone number when we were casually beginning a search for our first home. By calling a wrong number, we were brought to the right realtor for us. Harris values communication. He was an attentive and keen listener to our very specific needs in a property and delivered results fast. He quickly became a friend without compromising professionalism. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions about the process and Harris provided the assurance and explanations I needed to go forward. Harris is a realtor with answers. Our experience with Harris First was great. Harris is a professional real estate agent who is passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. We were impressed right away with his promptness on all of our requests. He immediately understood what we were looking for and guided/helped us to achieve our goal. Harris makes sure that his clients are happy and knows how to negotiate, so the other party is happy as well. You feel that he definitely created a win-win situation and you are happily taking part to it! I’m sure everyone out there has a good or bad story about their Realtor, someone who helps us find and purchase or more importantly helps sell a property in a soft market. Harris is - we believe - second to none. He is one of the hardest working persons we have ever met, honestly.
