Working with Harris was easy. Overall the entire experience was stress free. Well, as easy as buying a house can be. We felt that Harris is an amazing real estate agent because he is very honest first of all. He knows about the market value of homes and their resale potential, which is a plus for any first time home buyer as us. Most of all, his insight into the construction workmanship of the buildings was extremely benefic to us. Harris is the perfect example of a “people person”, a real communicator. He knows how to deal with any kind of person or situation. What we won by working with Harris? A great condo in the perfect location, a massive discount off the asking price and even patio furniture he negotiated on our behalf, without us knowing! What we really like most about Harris is that he never gives up.

I'm a first time homebuyer, purchasing a place for my parents. I'm 27 and knew (past tense) nothing about the real estate. Harris was upfront, empathetic, and a saviour! He enabled me to fulfill a decade and a half old wish - to have a place my parents could call their own. I honestly believe that had I not been so fortunate (Yes, I'm the fortunate one here) to have found Harris that fateful Sunday, the deal would never have been made, and providing security and peace-of-mind to my ageing parents would have remained only a dream. To Harris, you have no idea how much you mean to me. You have given me the best gift of all - a sense of accomplishment. You are not my realtor, you - are Family.

Harris is very professional, always punctual, very organized and knowledgeable. Everything is prepared ahead of time, in a timely and efficient manner. He led us through all the paperwork and legalities step by step, preparing us as to what to do next. Harris answered all of our e-mails immediately and kept us informed about all your correspondences with lawyers, other real estate agents and mortgage brokers. We constantly communicated with him. He was very attentive to us and looked out at all times only for our best interests. Very patient with us and addressed all of our requests immediately. Even though our case was a little complicated, and in the days before closing lots of unexpected things happened, he was able to manage all the deadlines and paperwork to everybody involved, with professionalism and in timely manner. Thanks to these great efforts and long hours of work, everything went smoothly. We are so grateful, since we feel that thanks to Harris First we have our dream place in less than 3 weeks, from start to finish.
