I second the absolute nightware to deal with comment. Very sneaky, manipulative and deceitful person. Don't take ANY offer from him at all prior to consulting your lawyer or you'll be sorry!!

He was wonderful and very business-like when he sold my house this year. I assume that the comment previous to this is a disgruntled competitive realtor that obviously did not succeed! Thank you for your hard work Mr. Falck!

I just got a facebook memory reminder that 6 years ago today Ron Falck stole $46,000 from me on a deal he purposely screwed me on. His words were "im padding my retirement, not yours" he then told me he gives all his money to his wife then claims bankruptcy when he loses in court. He knows the system, if anyone knows him, ask why hes no longer a teacher in sarnia. This man shouldnt be aloud to deal with people. Hey Ron, i remember you saying that you put in hidden clauses in all your contracts. I make sure to tell every agent i know my storey. Thank you facebook for opening that wound.

I have had the pleasure of completing two real estate deals with Ron Falck. He is incredibly knowlegeable and professional in his field of expertise. In both instances he went above and beyond the call of duty. I would not hesitate in referring him to family and friends.
