This person was the Broker for the buyers when I sold my property. He disclosed confidential information to my sister who happen to stop by the property unaware he was there with the buyers. He reported to her false information about the house in hopes to obtain a better deal. We were aware and had met him through my agent since he insisted on presenting his own offers instead of going through our agent. PLEASE be aware since he was not honest and inappropriately aggressive.

Ron Falck is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He is dishonest, rude and unprofessional which only begins to describe his character and business practices. It is quite clear to me why he has his own real estate brokerage... There is not a single person on this planet crazy enough to employ him. Avoid dealing with this individual under any and all circumstances.

If you are considering retaining Rob Falck for any of your real estate needs I strongly urged you to re-consider. His lack of respect, level of unprofessionalism and unethical nature will make your head spin. There is no other way to describe inteactions with him as negative and hostile.
