I consider Clayton Lorence as not professional and not effective real estate agent. In my case he behaved like inexperienced apprentice and I didn't get any smart cooperation from him. He was good to open and close doors only but didn't bother to negotiate my offer, just ignored it without discussing the matter. Never will deal with this company again and do not recommend them to you.
