I consider Clayton Lorence as not professional and not effective real estate agent. In my case I didn't get any smart cooperation from him. He was my agent but didn't bother to negotiate my offer with the seller, just ignored it without discussing the matter. Never will deal with this company again and do not recommend them to you.
