Asked for cash up front so he didn't have to claim it. Never showed up to sign the lease and ignored all phone calls until the next day - we found out he went under our feet and gave the condo to another applicant without telling us. Waisted our time and withheld information about the structure of the building. The most unprofessional, arrogant person I have had to waste my time on. I would advise against ever dealing with Steve Mikos.

He's a liar, tries to make you pay in cash, doesnt show up to Appointments on time, lies to your face isnt reasonable at all he is a crook and a scammer trying to avoid paying you back in anyway possible and doesnt care about making a sale not to be trusted

I have rented from Steve for 8 years and have always found him honest and reliable! A great Landlord! He always is understanding when my rent is late, and goes out of his way to accommodate me. Thank you so much Steve, for all you do for me and everyone else at this apt block.

Rented from Steve for 3 years . Never had any problems. Always fixed what needed fixing, always called me back on time when I called him. Steve is a great guy, great landlord.
