I was very impressed with the service I received from my real estate agent Robert McDermott. I interviewed 10 realtors before I decided on retaining Mr. McDermott. I did so because Robert came across as a highly motivated, professional focused on customer satisfaction and getting results, exactly what he did. I did sell my house, and was very pleased with the price I got He is now my go-to guy for real estate.

We thought we would write a review here for our realtor Robert McDermott. We met Robert through a friend who had just sold her loft in the entertainment district in Toronto with Robert McDermott and was very pleased with the price she obtained for her loft and Mr. McDermott's service. We had the same experience. We were impressed with Robert's strong work ethic and real estate experience in handling our transaction and would highly recommed him to other owners who might be thinking of selling.

I just sold my loft which I had been trying to sell privately for the past three months. I finally decided to list my property with an agent on MLS. I listed my loft with downtown condominium agent Robert McDermott. My loft sold in one week on the market for over the asking price. I had a really good real estate agent which makes all the difference, believe me. I wasted 3 months of my time and money going the private route with no positive result. For what it's worth, take my advice. Hire a good real estate agent and save yourself time and aggravation. It really does make a difference.
