It pays to get a good real estate agent when you are selling. I interviewed 12 real estate agents and grilled all of them thoroughly. My priority in an agent was experience in the market, references, days on the market, and professionalism in dealing with all parties to my transaction. I got all of that with Robert McDermott. I found selling my loft with Robert a very smooth process.

Sold in 2 days! That's right. I just sold my townhouse in two days for full price. My real estate agent was Robert McDermott. I could not have chosen a better agent to represent me. Robert worked very hard on my listing when it hit the market and his exposure and promotion of my listing helped me to get a multiple offer on my property. I was really pleased with the outcome of the sale of my property and would highly recommend Robert

I recently arrived in Toronto from London, England. I thought finding a home would be very stressful in a new city. I was refered by my company in England to Robert McDermott, an estate agent ( excuse me, they are called real estate agents here in Canada), who worked with me and my husband to find us a home. We were extremely pleased with Robert's attitude and service he provided in finding us a beautiful condominium in the Yorkville area of Toronto. It was a pleasurable experience for both me and my husband in working with Robert and we would strongly recommend him.

I recently purchased a condominium through real estate agent Robert McDermott. He had sold several condo suites in the building where I purchased my ccondo and he knew the building and the condo market very well. He is a very good agent , and I would certianly recommend him to others buying a condominium in Toronto.

Mr. McDdermott sold my condo in Toronto in 2 days for full price. I found Robert McDermott to be hard working, professional and represented my best interest as a seller. I received a full price offer for my condo. It pays to get a really good agent.
