A big thanks to Monica, Ricardo, Marc and the entire Thapar team. My home was staged beautifully and thanks to the Thapar team, my condo was sold for $20,000 over asking price and was only on the market for 3 days. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Monica's advice about how to prepare my condo for sale was invaluable. Her team was thorough and conscientious. The condo sold within a week, so I didn't get a chance to really test out her marketing skills, or maybe that was the test and she passed with flying colours. In any case I would choose her to be my agent again.

My family and I have been dealing with the Thapar team for many years now and have always had great experiences. We've bought and sold with the Thapar team and have no complaints. Ricardo was very patient with us as we took our time to find the best properties and really worked with us to find 2 fantastic investment properties in a span of 2 years. Great people to work with and we love the honesty that they provide because buying a home is a huge step and we appreciate a realtor's honest opinion.
