In early 2015, while visiting an open house Monica was hosting, she greeted us with such enthusiasm, passion and professionalism, that we were instantly impressed with her dedication and inspirations for the business. We invited yher into our home and she instantly laid out a blue print where we could achieve our goal. Monica's business strategy, although unconventional, got us our goal price, our optimal closing date and a non-conditional agreement. Monica, we must say that you walked the walk and talked the talk; where so many other agents disagreed with our expectations, you and your staff came through. Folks, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!! Monica is the real wizard of real estate as far as we are concerned. Thank you Monica!

What a team, team Thapar has proven to be. They calmed all the nerves we had during the process of the sale. We were delighted with the amount of showings their team brought through our house. The Thapar Team constantly followed up with us to ensure all was well, and last but not least after our house was sold the team provided excellent services.
