I had read the ratings of this agent, but this agent was known through a friend of a friend, so I thought I would give her a try. This was the worst mistake we have ever made. Due to the direct result of multiple mistakes made by Mary Pat Filice, we ended up in a lengthy legal battle with the sale of our home. We should have followed our instincts, and listened to what we have read. Hopefully we can now protect others from the negligence of this useless woman.

This agent is pure evil. This woman's selfish actions directly impacted a family and was one of the contributing factors for the cause of death of an innocent child. May this monster be haunted by her evil and selfish actions. Please DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!! There is anybody else out there better than this one. Do not allow this woman near your home. She is rude, abusive, and will become physically aggressive with you and clients. This woman deserves to be nowhere near working in this industry. Keep her away from you and your home.

Awful real estate agent to deal with. Really poor knowledge about an open house property that they are listing. Lack of people skills too. I do not recommend this agent.
