This agent lacks knowledge and professionalism and it is visible through the service she provides. She promises unrealistic results and cannot finalize a sale. I am dissapointed with the service that I was provided. I ended up having a friend help me in the end, who is a real estate agent in another town, as I just couldn't get the help that was needed from Mary Pat Filice.
