We met Kim a few years ago when we casually dropped by an open house he was hosting. Very quickly it became clear that he was a highly skilled agent that is dedicated to his clients. Kim kept in touch with us over the years and helped us stay on top of market trends and any properties that matched our very specific criteria. When 'the right one' finally came up he helped us turn around the sale of our house quickly, efficiently, and for the price we wanted. Kim was extremely responsive throughout the process and helped us develop the best strategy to sell. He was dedicated enough to plan an open house on a long weekend - although we ended up negotiating a deal Friday night/Saturday morning instead. We would definitly recommend Kim to anyone who's in the market.
