I also posted a comment on the Vantage West Page that went into detail about our amazing experience buying and selling with Joel and his team. To summarize: we sold in a market with Joel and his team and we had been listed previously with another Realtor. Their marketing works, thank you! Buying with Joel was the best transaction we have had working with a salesperson. He listened, and gave us the advice we needed. He did not know everything (sorry Joel) but ALWAYS told us he would find out and did every time. Thank you.

The first time I sat down with Joel he took the time to figure out what I needed. He asked a lot of questions and explained a number of different options. I never felt pressured to buy and he let me go at my own pace. He's been great to work with!
