I worked with Vantage on both the sale and subsequent purchase of our new home. Our sale was spectacular, with neighbors homes sitting on the market for months and months we were worried we would not sell. The marketing plan and "work" that their team did for our listing was amazing and more importantly we sold and some of the neighbors are still trying. Buying with the Joel Sherlock was the best experience we have had in any sales transaction. He listened intently on what we wanted and also grounded us on the investment side of our purchase. We love our new home and never plan to sell, however if we ever change our mind Vantage West Realty would be the ONLY firm and Joel Sherlock the only Realtor I recommend to everyone!
