Do not rent property from James Radchenko. Our unit was sold to him while we were renting. We have found that he is totally unhelpful, although the lady who manages the property for him will do what she can to help. We recently discovered that he's been withholding our condo fees from the property management company, although he hasn't mentioned that to us and has presumably just been pocketing all of the extra cash.

He owes my family over $ 100,000.00 for a scam investment and believe me we will get it back. He always has another story and says it's coming back but that was 2 years ago.

It is illegal to charge 500% interest LOL I have been dealing with James for two years now and am so glad to have met him! He is honest every step of the way. Im sure if you pay your bills you would never have a problem. HE SAVED ME FROM BEING ON THE STREETS WHEN A BANK WOULD NOT GIVE ME A LOAN! If you don't pay the bank they take your house I'm sure he is not any different. Stop complaining just because you didn't follow terms or dont borrow money you cant pay back. This is not his wrong doing.

YOU CAN FIND THIS LOSER ANY DAY OF THE WEEK ON THE CORNER OF 118 AVE AND 124 ST. HE IS IN AN OFFICE ON THE SECOND FLOOR ABOVE THE BAR. DONT BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE HE WILL AVOID YOU JUST SHOW UP AND WATCH HIM RUN AND HIDE AND SQUEAL !!!
