He lost is real estate license by lying stealing and cheating innocent victims. He still practices even though he is not authorized by law to do so. He runs a scam business where he charges 200 % interest.

I worked for James and still rent a condo from him, never had any problems. He is a respectful landlord even understanding if Im late with rent. I only have great things to say about him.

a total liar ,. a thief, he in the past has been part of a few restaurants that have gone under. HE has left without paying the staff or suppliers. James now scams from Niche restaurant.

I worked for James, always got paid and was treated very well. Anyone who says anything but positive things about James probably got fired and is bitter. He is honest, kind and would give you the shirt off his back.
