A renter of James Radchenko's
House foreclosed while we are still living in it. Will not return phone calls. Did nothing to prepare house for occupancy.Had a "crew"show up and start going through our dressers and cupboards,throwing contents into boxes&bags!We had 1 call that the house was going to go up for sale,nothing about "foreclosure" .All this after paying $1400 a month to James Radchenko for over 2 years!We only got info from another stranger that showed up to "buy house maybe before the Sheriff locks it up!!

Absentee landlord, fails to respond to his tenants when they have problems. Impossible to contact, he has apparently deleted his email address, for example, and doesn't return phone calls.
