A more vile human I have never met. If Karma truly existed he would have been punished several times over for his shady dealings and horrible personality. I hope he gets hit by a meteor.

Guy sold our condo in 3 weeks, and helped us buy a new place. He is always working and available for questions/answers, but if you are looking for someone to baby your sale you are not going to like him. Great realtor for confident hands on sellers. Not a good fit for those who need their hand held for the process. I would definitly recommend Guy.

Please don't make the mistake of using this agent. Read the other reviews...I didn't and regretted it. His initial interview may be convincing but you will soon realize that you have made a big mistake. He will not advise you how to price your property, will provide no photos, leaflets, pamphlets or even post your property on his own site...he will simply list whatever you give him on MLS and then do nothing else. No advice, no negotiation, no communication, no help....in short no use whatsoever. Be prepared for the first time you contact him to find out how things are going for him to be abrupt, disinterested and abrasive (to you as well as any other realtor he is dealing with). The only advise you will get from him is to lower your price (again and again) until it sells (probably below market value) and he gets his commission. He is not in this to provide a service for you, just to get commission on the property after you do all the work. Don't be fooled by the 1% commission either...every other realtor will insist on full commission before they even make an offer (this is not his fault...it is just the reality). Save yourself a huge headache and get someone who wants to sell your property for as much as they can get for it and who wants to help, advise and hold your hand at every step. He is inexpensive (His commission is only around $5k)...but for a very good reason and you will end up paying much more than the 1% advertised. Never again !!

I wish had read all the coments before I sign up with this agent .It has now cost me to get out of the contract. The first comment said it all No service and you never hear from him and all he wants to do is lower the price no sales service at all what a waste of my time
