My husband and I found Guy to be very reliable. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with but he had a good sense of humour. He sold our home is less than 3 weeks and helped us find another home. He was very patient with us as we saw a number of homes before purchasing one.

We came from Alberta and noticed an ad saying get a rebate by buying with us. Well we did opt to go with Guy and Ray. They showed us numerous homes. Worked mostly with Guy. Found him to be very friendly and was always sending us valid information on homes that we wanted to see. After seeing about 15 homes we put in an offer. Guy negotiated everything with the other real estate agent and did an excellent job for us. We are now thinking of selling in the next while and will definitely use Guy again.

After searching for a realtor to represent my wife and myself to buy a new home in Victoria, I found some advertising done by Guy Effler that stated he would give a cash rebate to purchasers of any property in the greater Victoria area. We met with Guy over a cup of coffee and were thoroughly impressed by his approach to real estate both on the selling side and the buying side. Overall we searched many properties on-line with info. provided by Guy. He suggested we drive by any possibilities, then contact him to set up an appointment. We did this and ended up seeing about 15 properties over a period of a couple of months. Guy was always professional and most importantly (to us) on time for every appointment. We finally purchased a property. We did not experience any problems negotiating, etc. through Guy. He gave us many strategic points to get a better price. All in all this was a very pleasant experience.
