I agree with 2011 posting. This agent is only after his own income. Pay attention to the postings 2,3,4,5 and 6. All written in the same linguistic style and dated within a few weeks.

Eriks is one of the most knowledgeable and competent Real Estate Brokers I have met. He came highly recommended to me by two separate individuals. He takes the time to fully understand what your personal needs are, provides detailed and current information allowing you to make excellent decisions, plus he does not push you into decisions. He is fully competent and knowledgeable about residential and commercial structures - having owned a home inspection company years ago. When searching for a home he was able to date the year built within several years and fully explained the type of exterior/interior construction methods/components. To add to my complement of his professionalism he does provide services at reduced commission rates. I would not recommend any agent other agent other than Eriks.

WOW - Eriks came highly recommended to me from a co-worker. He lives up to his excellent reputation at representing you in the real estate field. Use him if you can - you will not be disappointed. Or if your looking to update your home for sale talk to him ... he is very knowledgeable about construction/costs, how to update reasonably, trades, etc and when listing he stages the house to perfection for you (he is fully trained and certified in home staging). Several months ago he listed and sold my home through conducting open houses. He explained to me why holding open houses is so important to the seller. He explained he does not do them to get new business but greets every person coming in the door so he can determine if they are real buyers or just tire kickers. Once he knows the people are buyers he explains all the positives about the house and understands how to explain away the negatives to potential purchasers. Our home sold quickly at full asking price - we got a lot more than I had ever expected with a great closing date. He then helped me find a new home which suited us perfectly. After some long and hard negotiations me managed to get the home for well under the asking price - saving us a lot of money which is going into some minor upgrades and repainting of the home. We also asked him if he know of a reasonable lawyer. Eriks provided us with the name of a solicitor in Etobicoke he personally uses. The lawyer and his fees were more than reasonable - which helped keep our closing costs down, and there were no problems with the closing of either property. He is so dedicated to ensure there are no problems with a closing that he personally picks up and delivers documents. He explained to us why he does this ... he had a closing on a property he was purchasing and one of the solicitors made a mistake in the closing date ... so he does not want that to happen to any of his clients. The best Real Estate Broker you can find. I highly recommend him to everyone.
