Before I met Eriks I used another agent (who in hindsight was not knowledgeable - providing very poor overall advise) for my real estate needs. Eriks was referred to me by a co-worker. He took the time by sitting down with me for about 2 hours explaining in detail how to properly invest in real estate - from my house purchase to investment properties. His advise an suggestion came from his on experiences. In the beginning I did not get it as it seemed complicated but then I started to understand how to properly purchase a home for the greatest amount of appreciation - as that is my tax free investment. Then he explained in detail how to find the right investment property - without taking on too much financial risk. I sold my home and upgraded to a much nicer one .... dumped my 3 poor return condos with revolving door tenants - and initially purchased 2 higher performing units. The income and financing repayment strategy he advised performed exactly as he said it would. In the last 2 years I had the first two units payed off and have now purchased an additional 2 units. His financial strategies and investment skills are unbelievably good. He has no issue with taking the time to work with you so that you may become successful - without overextending your family financially. When he represents you he takes each task to heart - as if he was doing the purchase or sale for himself ... I have yet to find someone with such a professional outlook. His research & negotiating skills are superb ... and he has discounted the commission rates from my very first purchase - without me asking for any sort of discount ... BRAVO and THANK YOU for an excellent service. I can recommend Eriks to anyone without hesitation.

I have used Eriks to sell and purchase my homes several times (four so far) . He is the most knowledgeable and honest agent I have ever met taking each transaction as it was his own - therefore the personal care in a sale or purchase. He takes the time to do all the research ... even doing it in front of me so I am completely confident with the information presented to me - allowing me to make fully informed decisions. Whoever placed a negative post may have not liked his factual honesty ... he refuses to take on grossly inflated listings which do not make any sense ... as this only upsets a client. I have met several of his clients and each one had not one negative word to say. If your seeking an honest agent who will have your back contact him and talk to him ... you will not be disappointed. Also ... this is not an up to date site as he has not worked for the Sutton Group for many years.
