Janet does not act with the best interest of her client in mind. She listed our property, then never showed the house herself - letting the purchasers' agents come on their own and do the work of selling the property. SHE suggested a selling price, which we went with trusting that she knew the market. Shortly after she told us that OUR expectations were too high. We also used her as our purchasing agent for our next house and she almost lost the house for us by trying to bully the seller. She called it "negotiating"...ha!! She calls herself Number One. Clearly her clients come Second!
