This agent almost compromised what should have been a routine sale. After listing my property for below market value, and getting an offer in the middle of a real estate boom, she refused to provide any communication between myself and the buyers. Instead she referred all questions to the lawyers, greatly increasing my legal fees for the sale. It was as if she was only interested in making her commission. Once she had the signatures she needed, she disappeared and I almost lost my sale because the buyers couldn't get a hold of Andrea to discuss routine items such as coordinating move in dates, passing of keys, moving furniture, etc. I would definitely not recommend working with Andrea again, she turned what should have been a routine transaction into an adventure - this after listing my house at below market value!
