Never trust a single word she says. She has her own rubbish rules. Has a tendency to talk nonsense and use bad and offensive language. Must be sued one day.

Watch out, you have to push for promises made to be kept. Especially don't make the mistake we made and pay the last rent - she will cheat you out of your deposit afterwards. We never saw proof or cost estimates for the claims she made after we moved out and of course didn't get the money back she owes us. If we hadn't moved back to Germany but stayed in Canada I would have sued her.

The previous reviews already describe Mrs Tarhabi to a T. I may sum it up as her being highly unprofessional, irresponsible and a liar. Don't believe a word she says as it's all nonsense. And DON'T pay her a deposit or give her postdated cheques - it is illegal (article 1904, CCQ)! Mrs Tarhabi handed over her rental in a substandard condition and hoped we'd fix it for her. Plus we were able to hear our neighbours, machines in basement, people on the street... which kept us awake on several nights. If you want to know what it feels like being tortured, give her a call today.

Simin Tarhabi is the worst you can find. She doesn't care about legal, is intimidating and offensive. Don't trust her, she will cheat you and try to get the most money out from you without evidence.
