She would probably make a good agent to help you find a home as she is really not pushy or motivated. Don't make the mistake of listing a home for sale with her! Josee's team is polite but everything you communicate to them should be in writting to everyone in her office otherwise it will not be communicated. I found Josee to be rude and not at all humble... if I will deal with someone like that I would deal with other agents in the area who have a bad reputation in terms of social skills but are capable to sell a home!
