Hardeep was the third realtor I interviewed before hiring him for selling my investment property in Gore and Castlemore neighbourhood. I had no second thoughts when he showed me his past performance in the area. He knew the highest selling price for every model built in the area and assured me to sell my house for $2000 to $5000 higher than the price fetched so far, for my model. Exceeding his own expectations, Hardeep sold my house for $12,000 more than the same model, sold three weeks ago on my street. The best part was that Hardeep sold the house within 7 days of listing it, for full price. He was reachable at ALL TIMES during the listing, provided frequent feedback and I feel nobody knows the area better than him.
